VAFA DELAYS SEASON START
Monday, March 19th, 2007The VAFA has regretfully advised that the 2007 season has been postponed for two weeks and will now commence on Saturday April 28. This will allow time to adequately prepare the grounds for a full season of football.
The following changes to the fixture will occur and the fixtures on the website have been adjusted accordingly.
Confirming the following changes:
1. Round 1 will be played the week after Round 18 on August 25th.
2. Round 2 will be played on the Queen’s Birthday weekend.
3. The finals will be brought back a week to commence on the weekend of September 1st/2nd and conclude on the weekend of September 15th/16th.
