The session will consist of an hour class with a swim/aerobic coach who will take us for cardio and muscular strengthening work in the indoor heated pool so no excuses not to show!
(Will be a good recovery session if you have any injuries)
cost is $12.50 including entry, 1hr session with swim coach and access to all facilities after our training session… including Pools, Sauna and Spas

Bring: Towel and Boardies.
Freddie has promised to wear small speedos to encourage everyone to make the effort to get down there tonight!

Three Gryphon legends, Andrew Nichols, Gary Ryan and Peter Wiliamson joined more than 16,000 competitors at the annual Gold Coast Marathon on Sunday 1 July 2007. Showing true Gryph grit and endurance, all three finished the 42 kilometre race in fine form.

Needless to say, a few beers were had to celebrate their fabulous achievements, and the end of more than six months intensive training.

For those having a friendly wager on who would win out of Nicho and Willow:
Nicho – 979th at a total time of 3h:49m:54s
Gaz – 1088th at a total time of 3h:54m:11s
Willow – 2235th at a total time of 5h:09m:48s

Tuesday, 3rd June, training will be a basketball session held in the gymnasium at the university. (Caulfield Campus, Chisholm Hall, see map on link for further directions)

Courts have been booked from 6-8pm. Warmup will start at 615.

Please bring a gold coin donation to help cover the cost of the hall. The session will involve some light cardio, sprint training, basic ball skills and a round robin if time permits.
